Bilingual (En/Fr) Recruitment Specialist


Job Description

  • Reporting to the Managing Director, the Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle such as:
  • Collaborate with specific high-level clients to clearly identify their needs and find the ideal candidates for the positions offered.
  • Write and update engaging job descriptions and develop interview questionnaires.
  • Design and develop innovative strategies for finding potential candidates using various tools (LinkedIn, job search engines, social networks).
  • Proceed to post job on the various platforms, sort CVs and carry out the pre-selection of candidates.
  • Carry out the interview process (interviews, reference checks, tests and assessments, follow-up with candidates).
  • Advise clients on the selection of candidates.
  • Accompany clients when writing job offers, when necessary.
  • Carry out post-hiring follow-ups with candidates and clients.
  • Create and update the database of candidates and clients.
  • Stay abreast of new trends and innovative recruitment strategies.
Job requirements
  • Hold a degree in human resources or a related field or other combination of training and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Comfortable with recruitment platforms, software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good command of spoken and written French and English.
  • Developed communication skills.
  • Strong ability to assess trade and behavioral skills.
  • Dynamism and developed creativity.
  • Discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent sense of organization and planning.
